Kayla is the designer and owner of Radiant Salon. She graduated from Avenue Five Institute esthetics program in 2011 with the focused passion on eyelash extensions. In October 2013 Kayla took a leap of faith and become an independent contractor. After 4 years, Kayla was ready for her own a place that would give her the opportunity to inspire other women who desire to take their careers to the next level in becoming their own boss. Kayla and her husband purchased the charming “white house next to the railroad tracks” in Brent’s hometown of Liberty Hill which sat vacant for 17 years prior, and Radiant was born! Kayla worked alongside her founding team doing lashes until she took on her new role as “Mama” to her son Ryder in August 2021.
“Although, I have started my new full time job as “Mommy”, my passion for lashes is still in my heart but has continued to evolve from just lashes to a passion that encourages others to push through their uncertainties and self doubts. Creating a flourishing community of amazing women! I love that I get to be a small part of each of their beautiful stories!”

I’ve worked with Kayla for many years, I’m one proud momma of course, but have to share that psalms 36:5 is the reality at Radiant. Kayla is always excited when the people who, like myself, work at Radiant thrive and dream to do even what others would say is the impossible! Kayla always encourages us and others that to achieve our dreams and grow as an individual when they reach for for their dreams. We reflect others by touching Christ glory and beauty, He created us and the people we serve to be in His image. Looking to Christ, we’re Radiant and their faces aren’t ashamed.
