Appointment Cancellation& Booking Policy:
By booking a service with Radiant Salon, you are agreeing to these terms outlined and fully understand our cancellation policy.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your beauty specialist a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This ensures they have adequate time to accommodate another client. Not giving notice often mean 1-4 hours goes unbooked, causing the beauty specialist to lose personal income.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION:
If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you are subject to pay 50% of the total of your missed appointment before getting to rebook another service.
NO-SHOW/NO-CALL:
If you miss your appointment with any one of our beauty specialists here at Radiant, and fail to let them know before the time of your appointment- your ability to book any future appointments at Radiant will be blocked until 100% of missed service is paid.
RUNNING LATE TO APPOINTMENT:
Your beauty specialist will evaluate the loss of valuable time that was reserved for you, and determine whether there is enough time to still accommodate you. If you are so late that your beauty specialist cannot perform the service you booked, you will be subject to our last-minute cancellation fee.
CHILDREN POLICY:
We truly believe children are a gift and a blessing, and Radiant is a family-friendly space. Children are welcome as long as they are well behaved and respectful of the environment around them.
We kindly ask that parents communicate clear behavior expectations to their children before arriving. Many of our guests arrange childcare in order to enjoy a peaceful, uninterrupted service and we strive to protect that experience for everyone.
For safety and consideration of others, children must remain with their parent at all times and may not run, wander or disrupt other guests or service providers. If a child becomes disruptive and cannot be redirected, we may kindly ask that the appointment be rescheduled or that the child be taken home.
We deeply appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain a calm, relaxing environment for all of our guests.
PERSONAL AUDIO & PHONE POLICY:
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the salon, headphones are required for any personal audio. This includes movies, music, podcasts, games or phone calls - for both adults and children.
Speakerphone conversations and audible videos broadcast throughout the salon and disrupt the experience of others. We kindly ask that all calls be taken privately or with headphones.
